KSFD operates across multiple investment vehicles and portfolio companies — each with their own talent needs, learning requirements, and service providers. Before WEAVE, managing all of that meant five tools with no shared data, no unified talent pool, no consistent learning infrastructure. Betawaves brought the client relationship. Sequa brought the execution.

Most platforms add AI as a feature — a button you press to get a suggestion. We made a different architectural choice: every layer of WEAVE where AI could reduce manual work has it built in, connected to the data that makes it useful.
