KSFD operates across multiple investment vehicles and portfolio companies — each with their own talent needs, learning requirements, and service providers. Before WEAVE, managing all of that meant five tools with no shared data, no unified talent pool, no consistent learning infrastructure. Betawaves brought the client relationship. Sequa brought the execution.
