Halfway through the build, we changed the trajectory.
Halfway through, we made a recommendation not in the original brief: build a Shopify plugin. Fashion brands don't want to integrate a new SaaS — they want try-on inside the store they already run. A standalone B2B platform was necessary, but not enough.
We designed and shipped a Shopify plugin that lets any fashion store activate Jedid's AI try-on in minutes, with zero technical work on the brand's side. One strategic insight became a second go-to-market channel.
