Autop is Tunisia's first independent multi-brand garage network — elected Service Client de l'Année three times. Sequa built Autop Rewards — a full B2B2C loyalty platform — and simultaneously ran their social media, produced their videos, and covered their events. Two mandates. One team. One architecture.

But no system to capture and reward that loyalty, and no consistent brand voice to grow it. Clients were coming back. Nobody was tracking it, rewarding it, or talking about it.

Autop came to us for a loyalty platform. Six weeks in, we had the same conversation we always have: what's the point of a system that rewards returning customers if you're not actively acquiring new ones? The platform tracks engagement. The content drives it. These aren't two projects — they're two sides of the same loop.
So we ran both from the same team. Every social post referenced the platform. Every video was shot with Rewards in mind. The result is a NPS of +75 — which doesn't come from a loyalty platform alone. It comes from a brand that people actually feel something about.
