Another solo founder. No spec. No brief. Just a conviction that deserved to be built.
Zyro is a unified learning platform where teaching, live sessions, messaging, content, and commerce all live in one place. Built from zero with a solo educator-founder, because patching together five tools was never going to be the answer.

— THE CONTEXT
Any online course you've taken runs on five separate tools: Zoom, Notion, Stripe, Slack, Google Drive. It works. It also breaks the experience everywhere. Zyro's founder, an educator rather than a tech person, came to us with a conviction: learning deserves its own platform. Not a fifth tool to add to the stack, but the one that replaces them.
— What Zyro Replaces
Every feature in the stack, owned end-to-end. No redirects, no third-party logins, no tab-switching.
— WHAT WE ACTUALLY DID
One founder with conviction. Our team handling product, live infrastructure, commerce, and brand.
— THE STRATEGIC CALL
Most teams build a 'learning platform' by plugging Zoom in via API. It's faster, it's cheaper, and it's wrong. If the classroom is your product, you can't rent it from someone else. Uber didn't outsource the map. Airbnb didn't outsource the booking. The core of what you do has to belong to you.
So we built live sessions inside Zyro. Students never leave the platform. Recordings auto-archive as course content. Attendance syncs with access logic. The whole experience became coherent because we owned the whole experience.
Most agencies build around the hard parts. We build through them.
If it IS your product, don't outsource it.
Own the whole experience and it becomes coherent.
Live and async are one learning system, not two.
Commerce powers access. Access powers learning.
— WHERE ZYRO IS NOW
In progress. Already replacing the five-tool stack. Teaching real students inside one platform.
